aGuaLights.com follows the following customer friendly Shipping Policy for assuring a fast-track and hassle free delivery service to our worldwide customers.

What countries or region we ship to
aGuaLights.com offers freeshipping to nearly every country except some remote areas* across the globe, covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and more. We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and securely.

Remote area
As we all know, the Express Courier companies makes our global online shopping easy and fast, especially for North America and Europe, they can deliver the packages to most of the countries including most of the cities in 4 to 10 working days, the global business of international trading has been developed faster because of the Express courier companies these days.
But there are still some areas that are too remote for the Express courier company, they can delivery the package to the country, but they can not delivery to all of the states and cities, so the Courier company needs to forward the package to the local shipping company or the post office, then they need to pay for the local shipping company or post office service, this is the external cost for delivering the package, we call it "Remote Area fee".
Our price and freeshipping policy does not include the Remote area fee, So if you want your purchase to be delivered to a Remote area you will need to add this cost to your purchase. This Remote area fee covers all products in your order so you don't need to pay a Remote area fee for each product in your shopping cart.

The problem is that how can we know if our address is the remote area or not?

So if you have checked and confirmed that your shipping adress is in a Remote area, you will need to add this Remote Area Fee to your order or We will have to cancel your order and You will get a full refund.

Time it takes for the Order Delivery
We will do our best to provide you with accurate shipping times for your package, but please note that the times are estimates only.
We partner with DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT to make sure your package will arrive fast and safe. It usually takes 4 to 10 Working Days to arrive in most countries, though some countries may take longer. These shipping times are not a guarantee. If you have a time sensitive project, we recommend you to Contact us beforehand to ensure your order can arrive on time.

How we update you for Order Confirmation & Tracking information
The confirmation of your order and the availability of the product(s), and order tracking information would be corresponded to you via email.

What you must need to know
For making possible the on-time delivery, the provision of the correct shipping address along with the telephone / mobile contact number is mandatory. Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes APO / FPO addresses; therefore, provide us your complete residential / shipping address to ship your order.

Additional fees involved in international shipping
In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your destination country. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. The "GIFT" option
We can mark your order as GIFT because of different excessive custom charges/duties in different countries. It shall only applicable upon the request of the customers.

Returns & Replacements

Cancellation Policy
- Orders cancelled before shipping will be eligible for a full refund.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you would like to cancel your order, please login to your account to proceed.

Return Policy
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original packaging.
Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, or color/style/size errors must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received.
Replacements and refunds are not available for faucet with no quality issues.

Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items
Defective, damaged or mis-shipped items are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with photographs clearly showing the problem with the items. If you believe your items were damaged during shipping, Customer Service will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier in order to process your refund.
If you choose to return your order that within the circumstances mentioned above,you should Contact Customer Service within 7 days of your receiving. Please note that order return with no quality issues cannot be approved. Include an explanation and photographs of the product and courier number documenting the reason for the return.

Quality Issues
Faucet quality issues include:
- Product damage
- Failure to function properly once correctly installed.
- Defective LED light for LED faucet.
- Receiving the wrong items
Note: Considering the settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on aGuaLights.com, slight color mismatches are not included.

Overdue Orders
If your order cannot be shipped by the date originally stated, Customer Service will offer you the option of continuing or canceling your order.

Return Process
1) Contact Customer Service within 7 days of your order's shipment*. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.
2) Once Customer Service approves your request, please send the item and the completed Product Return Form back to us as soon as possible.
3) Once your item arrives at our facility, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you.
All Faucets from aGuaLights.com have 5 years warranty period and 1 year on the LED part.
